This blog post is to announce that we have recently been approved by the Fairtrade foundation and are now able to use Fairtrade gold!
As a company, we feel the use of Fairtrade items is an important step forward for the industry and hope the possibilities and processes continue to move in the right direction, helping the world and the people in it. We are thrilled to now be a licensee for the Fairtrade Foundation!
Keep your eyes peeled for Fairtrade items in our upcoming collections, and of course, if you are after a bespoke commission, we urge you to consider using Fairtrade gold and have a think about some of our other ethical options too.
A brief overviews of our ethical materials/processes can be found here; running through things such as recycled metals, conflict free diamonds / Kimberly process, fairly traded gemstones, recycled stones, eco-friendly packaging, recycled paper, sustainable sources, as well as limiting chemicals and energy as much as possible... if you have any specific questions or would like more detail, please do feel free to get in touch.
