On the rare occassion you are not totally satisfied, or you have some other reason for requiring the return of an item from our pre-designed collections, you may:
- Exchange your item for another in our collection. Please note, partial refunds are not possible so if you choose an item of lesser value you will not be reimbursed the difference; though if the newly chosen item is of greater value you will need to pay the outstanding balance). *the usual free UK shipping will not apply to the replacement item.
- Return your item and commission a bespoke design instead. Again, no partial refunds are possible but additional payment will be required if the new design is of a higher value than the original purchase.
- Return your item for a full refund - minus postage, packaging and processing costs. This option is only available for engagement rings from our collections which have been purchased online without seeing it in person.
Your jewellery item(s) must be returned in perfect condition, unworn and in the original undamaged packaging within 21 days (it is sometimes possible for this timeframe to be longer if discussed and confimred prior to purchase depending on the circumstances - planned proposal date, for example).
Earrings can not be returned or exchanged for hygene reasons - though if there is a fault with the product a repair/exchange may be possible.
Bespoke commissions (including collection items that have been modified in any way, and M.Y.O wedding rings) can not be returned or refunded. The 50% commission deposit is non-refundable as this goes towards purchasing the materials for each specific design and are then unsuitable for other pieces.
